Bobby Shipp has been in the automobile business for the last 45 years. He started working for his dad, who founded Shipp Motor Company in 1955, after school detailing cars. He became a partner in 1970 and is now a partner with his brother Ronnie, who became a partner when thier dad retired in 1980.
